Refunds & Cancellations

1. No Refund Policy

All our offerings are digital, customised services (such as website development, software/application development and digital marketing). Work and resources are allocated as soon as an order is placed. Therefore, all payments made to THECSR INVESTORS are final and non-refundable. No full or partial refund will be issued once a payment has been successfully completed.

2. One-time Services

One-time services (for example, Website Development) cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed and are not eligible for any refund, whether or not work has started.

3. Monthly Plans & Instalments

Monthly plans (for example, Marketing for Website) and monthly instalments for software or applications are billed in advance for each month.

• You may cancel a monthly plan at any time by informing us by email or WhatsApp at least 3 days before the next billing date.
• Cancellation stops future billing only. The amount already paid for the current month is not refundable, and no pro-rata or partial refund is given.
• Services continue until the end of the month that has already been paid for.
• For software/application instalment plans, all instalments agreed in the project agreement remain payable even if the plan is discontinued.

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If money is debited from your account but the payment fails, or if you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, the extra or failed amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. This is a correction of a payment error and not a refund of a purchased service.
