1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at thecsr.in or by engaging THECSR INVESTORS for any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

THECSR INVESTORS offers professional web development, digital solutions, and technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• Custom website and web application development
• WordPress, Drupal, and Laravel-based solutions
• NGO digital platforms, CSR reporting tools, and donor management systems
• QR-based logistics and delivery tracking solutions
• Odoo ERP implementation and customization
• Ongoing maintenance, support, and hosting consultation

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery
• Respond to queries and review requests within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have necessary rights and permissions for any content, images, or materials provided to us
• Not use our deliverables for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (custom code, design, and content created specifically for their project). THECSR INVESTORS retains the right to:

• Showcase the completed work in our portfolio and case studies
• Retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, libraries, or tools developed independently
• Use open-source components under their respective licenses

Any work created prior to full payment remains the property of THECSR INVESTORS.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in the project agreement. Standard terms include:

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work commences
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
• Late payments may attract a delay fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/IGST as applicable)

THECSR INVESTORS reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project proposal outlines the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Change requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Verbal change requests will not be honored unless confirmed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, source code, credentials, and financial data. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

THECSR INVESTORS' liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime of any third-party hosting, APIs, or services used.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that all work delivered will function as specified at the time of delivery. However, we make no guarantee regarding:

• Search engine rankings or marketing outcomes
• Compatibility with future software or browser updates made after project handover
• Third-party plugin or API behavior outside our control

A 30-day bug-fix warranty is provided on all projects from the date of delivery, covering functionality defects in our own code.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• THECSR INVESTORS will deliver all completed work and project assets upon receipt of final payment

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

THECSR INVESTORS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. For active project clients, material changes will be communicated via email.
